Each capsule holds a precise weighed dose (typically 100mg, 125mg, 200mg, or 250mg) so you can portion consistently without a scale. Onset is 45–90 minutes on an empty stomach, longer with food. Peak at 2–3 hours, duration 4–6 hours, full session 6–8 hours.
How many capsules should I take?
Every bottle lists total psilocybin content and per-capsule weight. For microdosing, 1–3 capsules (100–300mg total) is the standard range, taken 4 days on / 3 days off or on the Stamets Stack schedule. For a threshold experience, 8–12 capsules of a 200mg product delivers a 1.6–2.4g equivalent dose. For a full session, 15–20 capsules at 200mg gets you into the 3–4g range.
Are these lab-tested?

How should I store mushroom capsules?
